Alison Vella - NCGT Regional Manager
Alison worked as a Travel Agent / Travel Agency Manager for 20 years. Through this time she worked for 2 employers in Western Sydney and Orange. Alison was fortunate to travel extensively through this time and enjoyed experiences around the world. Toward the end of her travel career she was managing a very successful agency with 10 staff at Harvey World Travel in Orange and specialised in the corporate sector. Alison has held positions in several industries since this role which brought her to her most previous role as a Service Coordinator with Australian Home Care Services
Alison managed the Coffs Harbour and also the Alstonville branch. Their aim was to provide assistance via personal care, domestic assistance and respite to people of all ages with a disability and the elderly to allow them to live in their own homes. Through this position she maintained recruitment, business development, staff rostering and liaised with all parties including funding bodies, all clients and their families. This was a rewarding role and one which Alison enjoyed building relationships with staff and the range of clients throughout the North Coast.
Her new challenge now lies with Managing North Coast Group Training. "I am excited at working with a company that has a strong history and professional reputation in this area. My passion is in helping people build career paths and build their future skills in a wide variety of industries and fields."

Jane Wayland - NCGT Field Officer
Jane Wayland comes to North Coast Group Training from a background in the recruitment industry, most recently in the disability sector. Jane has experience in administration, marketing and as a post placement officer and has contacts across the North Coast Region.
Her vibrant personality and passion for helping youth with their career challenges is an asset to the team at North Coast Group Training. Jane will be a great resource for Host Employers as well as Apprentices and Trainees with her skills in recruitment procedures, training and taking on clients questions and enquiries to ensure services are provided to the high level expected.
